I mean who are they scaring with there so called terror tactics? I think they will or already have lost the battle & the war.

Terrorism is not an army or country.... its a type of warfare... and it cannot be beaten by conventional means, which means the USwill be fighting the "war on terror" long after my grandchildren die of old age... and Im 23.

And if you want them to hide in a cave somewhere, I must assume that youre in the army at least... or am I to assume you are working at mcdonalds, talking tough? These people have known war all their lives and belive deeply in their cause. I wouldnt be afraid of us americans who are spoiled rotten and dont even know what true war feels like.

Yes I do (isn't Bin Laden doing that already?!). I think all murderers, rapists, child molesters and terrorists should be sent to an island where they can all kill each other instead of the rest of us who want to get on with our lives in peace and harmony. They aren't scaring me so why are they bothering I agree. I still travel on the tube and I will be going on holiday by plane soon and plan to travel to America next year. Will I be cancelling? No. I'm English and like the majority of us my spirit will not be broken by these crazy ars***s. They are messing with the wrong country. My dad made me laugh. He's flying on Wednesday and he's more worried that his hand luggage is an inch too big!

Seriously, the "jihad" is akin to the Christian Reformation of the 15th and 16th centuries. It is first and foremost a struggle within Islam as it is confronted with a modern world which is at odds with traditional interpretations of their scripture. And just as with the Reformation, this will be a long and bloody time in history. Not much we can do about it except try and minimize the collatoral damage.

I have already pointed out that, as not ALL British people suport Blair voted for Blair or support the war, the videotaped claims of that scumbag Siddique Khan (7/7 bomber) that British civillians "deserve" to die for their support of Blair is complete hypocritcal BS!!!

Why are we bothering to discuss this subject that is what terrorists want they want our attention. If we ignore them (not easy to do while they are killing innocent people I know) what power do they have. Fight them by all means but don't give them any publicity.

Do we discuss the people who died in these acts, only to mention how many died not there names or who they were (unless famous of course). No we name the bomber and his family and what he has been up to for how many ever years.
