Going outta town on the 1st of Sept. should it be ready by then?

I had my nephew name tatted on my right wrist, my niece was already done on my left wrist. I also put my girlfriend name on my right arm below my name... I plan to get something else done to that after my vacation the fourth of Septembet

yep, you should be fine. the pool may dry the heck oput of it though. Try using eucerin, it's a lotion you can find at most drugstores. This encourages healing and prevents dryness.

It's possible, but I wouldn't advise it until you've talked to your tatoo artist. I have one, but it was done during the winter, so I didn't have to worry about that. I know you can immerse it in water via shower or bath, but don't know what the chemicals in the pool will do to the colors or the healing process. Just contact your artist, and they'll let you know.

What tatt did you get?

Check with your tattoo artist. Different people's heal at different times. I waited for 3 weeks before I let any water at my tattoo's. A mate of mine let water at hers after a week and the colour just wasn't the same.

I was able to go in a pool and the ocean, in 48 hours. My tattoo has 6 different colors.

Depends on how fast you heal. It's different for many people. You can go back & check with the tatto artist.
