Ok, now I'm not a pervert or a 40-year-old man masturbating at home. I'm 16 and have a serious question. I was thinking can you have consensual sex with some one and then can they go behind your back and tell people you raped them? Will they get away with it? Also if your married to someone and you have sex with your spouse if they don’t say yes to sex is it rape? And if the go to the police and try to get you arrested for rape (even though your there legal spouse) will they get away with it? It’s never happened to me, and I’m not like planning on raping anyone I was just curious. Honest and real answers only please… Thank you!

As for your first question if you have consensual sex with some one and they claimed you rapped them, then you can go to jail if they decide to press charges. It doesn't mean that you will be convicted for that crime because they will have to look at all the evidence to decide if she was rapped.

For your second question, I am going to keep it simple. NO mean NO. If a woman say no, it doesn't matter that she is your wife, you have to leave her alone. Being your wife does not make her property, and she deserves the same respect that any other woman who says no deserves.

The question about having sex with your married spouse, yes it will be considered rape. If they say no, and the other spouse forcese themselves on to the other, then that is rape, married or not.

And the consensual sex, it is very hard to prove if the rapist is innocent, cause once the person says rape, then that is that unless you have solid proof that you didnt rape them.

If someone claims rape the police will arrest the suspect (innocent or not) on minimal evidence; usually the victim just saying it happened is enough. With that said, the police are very savvy when it comes to BS. The problem comes with overzealous prosecutors who will ignore and sometimes even hide evidence of innocence.

Yes, you can get charged for raping your wife.
