I once moved the contents of an entire 3 bedroom house by myself in a single afternoon.Washer,Dryer,Hide-a-bed sofa,3 dressers, 6 chests of drawers,Clothes,toys,chairs,china cabinet,gigantic full wall headboard,etc.... then went to work in a factory for 10 hours that night.
I also used to pick up the rear end of my toyota corolla high enough to put a beer can under the tires.

With 3 other guys I lifted a chevy cavalier. It was a highschool prank. We turned the car sideways so our buddy couldn't move his car until the cars on either side moved.

I had a 327 pound bag that needed to go upstairs so I lifted it onto my shoulder from the floor and carried it upstairs.

I've lifted men off the ground that were over 300 pounds. Not for too long, but still, their feet were off the ground.

We throw 150 -200 pound chunks of wood to get them onto a truck,or to get them closer to our log splitter. We make firewood for our fireplace every year.
