According to imdb.com, Ashley Tisdale has an older sister named Jennifer, but no mention is made of a younger sister, Laina or otherwise.
TVguide.com also only lists the sister named Jennifer.
My guess is that TVGuide and IMDB are correct in her family's names - so she has no younger sister named Laina.
