I dont know if this is all of New York, but in the city, certain clubs and bars allow you to smoke.

PS: In the land of the free, shouldnt a shop owner be able to decide what customers he caters to? Nobody forces people into bars. I'm not a huge fan of techno, so guess what? I don't go to techno clubs.

If you want to go to a bar to destroy only your liver but not your lungs, open one.

for the time being, you can still smoke in bars in Maryland, though not in most restaurants. there are, however ongoing efforts in the legislature to ban bar smoking, which would be (pun intended) a real drag.

You can still smoke in a Bar here in Oklahoma as long as it is a bar only and not a bar/restuarant.
