You can try many different search engines, like google.com, yahoo.com, ask.com
If you know what kind of anime pics you want then it makes the search easier. Try the image categories, but if you don't get what you want try the web page search. There are plenty of Anime sites out there with tons of cute pictures.

There are alot of cute anime pic's in the second link but it has limited anime's on it but animegalleries has a ton of pics but not as cute as gallery.digik.
