Hello I am an oncologist. If u are discussing a specific case(yours or friend's) then u must be knowing the stage of disease.

In early stages upto1A1 even !a2 the procedures involved do not risk pregnency too much.

In later stages the options are surgery or radiation therapy both of which are indeed delitirious to chances of pregnency.

hv egges can be harvested and preserved and modern methods of conception like "test tube" baby surrogate motherhood etc tried

Well I think it's more the treatment that can prevent you from getting pregnant - eg chemotherapy or sometimes the womb needs to be removed

However all this would be discussed with the gynaecologist - if it will make you infertile or the possibility of harvest eggs before any procedures.
