There may be may questions that you may come across, some of them are as follows :
1. Tell me something about urself (They will test ur fluency)
2. Audio round (Conversations with differnts accents will be
played and accordingly u need to answer them.
3. General Discussion (Here they will give a topic and u need to
talk on the topic for atleast 5-10mins, they will tsest ur fluency
and accent)
4. HR (here irritating questions might arise)
for eg:
HR: What is ur hobby ?
Candidate : Music
HR: What kind of music do u hear ?
When the second question arises most of them will tremble because they exactly cant specify.
So dont try to bluff instead be honest.

"Try and sell me an object"...They did this to me...The OBJECT was imaginary!!....I had to sell the guy something that didnt exist....OR did it? lol..."How would u handle an angry customer?". "Do you know what a power word is?" (answer:excellent, awesome, fantastic, etc). "Do you consider yourself a team leader? well organized? Do you like to work with people alot? even as a group effort?" "Do you feel like this job is suitable for you? personality wise? Career wise?" They asked me all these questions. And even about my interests, whether I lived at home, had a car, went to school, how my last job was, what assets can I bring to the company in a positive way, ugh. I got the job but the hours suked...I quit. But I have a job that suits me now...Good Luck!!!!

The customer is always right. Your job is to assist the customer. You must always be polite to the customer. Keep this in mind when answering whatever questions they ask you.

I work in a call center.

What are you asking? Are you asking for an example of one? Like: On your last job, give an example of a time when you had a disagreement with a customer over the phone... What did you do to rectify the situation?
