Why, yes, I do start every day with a smile. The reasons vary, but the result is always the same. I smile as I watch my boyfriend climb out of bed, grumpy because he has to go to work earlier than I do that morning. I smile because the sky is blue outside my bedroom window. I smile because it's Sunday and I don't have work or volunteer work to do that day. I smile because I have something exciting planned for that day/evening. I smile because I remember a wonderfully happy dream I had that night. I smile because I simply love life and the fact that I have opened my eyes to a new day with infinite possibilities.
And that is just a VERY short list of why I smile each and every morning of my life.
Enjoy life. It is too short and didn't come with a Rewind button.

no i start everyday with a stretch, that's the first thing i do when i get up and then a smile goes for the rest of the day.

Yes and I can't help it. I have a two year old who is generally very silly. When I get up in the morning and go to his room, he usually greets me with a smile and a sleepy, "Hi, mama." He looks so cute half asleep and his hair mussed that I can't help but smile.

i start mine with a "why do i have to get up now" kind of thing, a smile is usally way down the line in the things to come in my day

Yes every morning I wake up by my fiance and I wake him up to get ready for work then I get up and go get my 9 month daughter out of bed and we play all day.
