Straylight Run, especially the song "Existentialism on Prom Night". The intro to that song is amazing. Something Corporate features a lot of piano on many of their songs as well.

I reccommend Warren Zevon. He was a very under-rated singer/songwriter/musician. Lots of piano songs. A good place to start is the library. Go to the music section. You will find alot of stuff that you didn't know existed.

Bruce Hornsby and The Range. You might enjoy that, they use a whole bunch of instruments. Maybe....Chicago. Kansas? This is a very tough question for a Metal Babe to try and answer. :P Hope that helps!

Well... Tori Amos isn't exactly a "band", she's a singer/songwriter, but I know a lot of people who are fans of Tool, NIN, and other bands, like Tori Amos, because of her affiliations with them. Plus, she is simply amazing.

Hmm a band in my area is called Dayside Drive, I know they have piano. I think they're pretty good. Not too familiar with them though.
