I just bought an M35 Deucenahalf off of Ebay. The government auction site, googled, can be auctioned for pretty cheaply for trucks-if you have the ability to trailer back very heavy equipment. Check out Steel Soilder and Mil Vehl on google groups. Olive Drab is another good site with information. Don't forget to special insurance. Regular insurance is not good enough. You will either need to get a commercial truck or antique policy because most trucks weigh too much. The M35 weighs 13,000 pounds. The five tons go up 17k pounds and require a CDL to drive. Make sure you either get a bill of sale (for certain states) or SF97 from the government if you want to register to drive on the roads as most do not have titles.

RE:
I need a bill of sale for heavy equipment, can you help me?
I am selling a front end loader. The buyer is giving me a down payment and will pay me payments for the next five months. I need to come up with a document to sell the piece properly.

You should get a lawyer to do this for you (better a little now than a lot later). He/she will draft terms to include:
payment schedule and methodology, security interest (do you retain title until it's paid, or do you transfer title and hold notes?), conditions upon default (what happens if the buyer doesn't pay you?), consequential damages (what costs do you incur if the buyer defaults and the loader is 1,500 miles away from you?), insurance risk (who loses if the loader is destroyed, you or the buyer?) and other issues.

There are online sites that give you legal forms. Some are free, and some are not. Here are a couple.
