If you peed on a First Reponse pregnancy test and then dripped a little bit of your blood on it (to get a higher reading of HcG if you are pregnant) would that work at all? Or do those test only read urine only? (I know, this sounds weird as hell, but I'm wondering if the doc's can detect the HcG in your blood sooner, then why not just mix a little urine and blood you would ***** from your finger?)

No, a pregnancy test will only work with urine, however I have read about it in this website www.peeonastick.com and it can be done but you should not mix the urine with the blood. There was an experiment done on the website I told you about and the HPT turned positive indeed, though it took longer for it to turn positive, they also did an experiment with breast milk and the results are all very interesting. Go to the website and read all about HPT's.

However now a days HPT's and blood tests are as accurate because they both now detect small amounts of hcg so, it shouldn't really matter. Here is the website for the HPT's i used they detect 20 units of hcg, www.early-pregnancy-tests.com.

If it's not strong enough to show up on a pregnancy test just from your urine then it's just too early to test.

A pregnancy test can be positive even 10-11 days after ovulation & knowing sooner than that isn't really productive.
