World geography is easier. I've taken both courses. Physical geography is a "hard science", but world geography is mostly a "descriptive" class.
In world geography, you learn about the different countries in the world, about their climates, customs, political systems, topography, and so on. It's a broad survey course.
Physical geography has to do with the earth as a whole; how the ocean currents work; how air masses affect climate; and how mountain ranges or proximity to the ocean affects, for example, rainfall. There seems to be a focus on how the earth distributes the heat energy from the sun. It's a real science class.

I think you mean Political Geography or Physical geography.
The answer is Political (or Physical if Science is your strong suit.)
Physical geography deal with how the earth look and its landscape (Not to be confused with Geology which deals with the composition of earth and its formation)
It require some science (don't know exactly what subject) because it is related with the earth's structure.
Political geography, on the other hand, deal with how society use the earth. Such as what kind of people live and how do they use the earth. Political geography usually has no relation with the earth's physical (such as artificial boundaries that does't follow earth's natural landscape). You should study some history, law, and politic (and other which I don't really know) because it is mostly deal with people.
