The insert says the nicotine transdermal patch will give me "vivid" dreams which they definately are, but why do they have to be so horrific?
I had a dream about dead rats and cannabal crickets, cutting off the heads of vampiric infants, and torturing a kid on the school bus for fun.

I have the same problem along with a whole bunch of other side effects. I was actually getting such bad dreams I got night sweats and jumped up at night out of shock. What I did was I removed it a couple of hours before bed and replaced it as soon as I woke up in the morning. It slowed down a lot...you might also want to try Zyban.

Try taking it off about an hour before going to bed. Thats what I ended up having to do. Its not like we used to smoke all nite while we were sleeping, why wear the patch all nite? Goodluck!
