Try ANACS
PCGS
NGC.

I have never heard of them. If you need the certification to ensure grade/authenticity, (i.e. there is a large price difference in grades), always make sure you get PCGS or NGC, as they are the only universally accepted slabs. All other agencies are discounted when you go to sell.

I am not sure about INGC, but the top 3 are PCGS,NGC and ANACS. I kind of like ANACS they are less expensive and have been around the longest.
