try going thru start menu, go to accesories, then system tools,then disk defragmentor. then click on the drive u want to defragment.

if that does not help try the help and support in start menu.

shortcut for defragmenting comp
just right click the drive select properties in this tools--- defragment now then displays defragment window in this click Analize it will show the number of fragmented files in your disk then click defragment now it will take some time to defragement the disk.

some use full tip to defragement very fast
remove your wallpaper select wallpaper none

you go into start, and then in to your all pro grammes, then go to accessories, and then system tools where you will find defragement click on that and then follow instructions

i cant tell you how to "defragmetise" but i can tell ytou that if you want to defragment, look at the other answers
