I don't know of any creative way to dispose of dryer lint. I simply toss it out. To minimize the smaller particles that escape when you clean the lint filter, clean it while the dryer is still on. Remove the lint screen, clean it, replace it. 10 seconds tops.

Birds love to make nests with it. Put it out in the yard and they will collect it up.
To minimize the particles that escape into the air, and you use those dryer sheets, use them to wipe the lint screen and remove the lint.

Don't put the lint out for the birds - because it has dryer sheet residue in it and will make them sick.
Just throw it in the garbage.

When Camping you can use lint to start the kindling (small twigs that help start a camp fire). it can be carried in a plastic bag. It takes up little space and weights almost nothing.

My mom keeps a wire basket hung in a tree in her yard, and puts it all in there. and I have a friend who uses it as stuffing behind appliques'.... I just toss it in a wicker basket, and empty it once a week... its a nice, cheap air freshener for the laundry room, cause it always smells like my favorite Softener...
