Ferrets do not react to catnip the same way that cats do. I have heard though, that they will react to honeysuckle.

Ferrets do not usually react at all to catnip and it is unwise to give catnip toys to them because catnip can sometimes have large bits of sticks and items like that which could hurt that ferret if the ferret gets into the toy (which they most likely will) Instead get them toys which are more suitable form your local pet store or do some reseach online for some home-made toys. indoors the previous,i've got have been given had cats that enjoyed it! the two I relatively have now thoroughly overlook approximately it. of direction,one,my male,is a suitable Norwegian woodland cat and is as lazy as a domestic dog ****. He does not do the toy component. My different,a gorgeous Flame component Siamese,does not play with some thing that doesn't wrestle shrink lower back. She has no activity in it the two. Years interior the previous, I harm my shoulder. I located some ben-gay on it one night to assist with the discomfort. the two cats we had then went thoroughly nuts over it! they have been biting(no longer stressful) on my shoulder,drooling for the duration of,and making the main substantial undesirable yowling sounds. It grew to grow to be,of direction,the mint indoors the stuff.

Ferrets tend to be a bit smelly. That's why hippies gravitate to them.

my ferrets like cat nip, but not as much as my cats do.. but then again none of my animals are normal.
