I have called 4 times now, once I was on holf for 14mins, got through to an Indian Call centre and they cut me off

I'm not sure if an Indian call centre is a step up or a step down from the Scottish call centre that I used to speak to - SORRY - didn't mean it!! Yes I have had problems in tha past and find the call center very frustrating. Now I don't bother - I turn the system off, wait 5 minutes then turn it back on. As that's all the call centre tell me to do I save the cost of a call!!

Sky TV made £500,600 last year keeping people deliberately on hold. You are paying 10p a minute for the privelege of listening to there crap music and adverts. This applies to all 0870 numbers. It is in their interest to make you wait.
You can use a good website called www.saynoto0870.com which lists alternative numbers.
Sky though soon block off these numbers or refuse to answer them.
They are just robbers.

I'd hate to see your phone bill! That's the problem with some companies having call centres in other countries!
There's a special number just call the normal number ( you'll have to fish around for a bit on the net) for anything just to speak to someone, go by a different number and tell them what you want and if they say this is the wrong number they might put you through to one that takes less time and if they dont say "can you put me thorugh to the right one please?" they have a different number internally I think. I'd also tell them what you think of them too...not aggresive though, they hang up.

omg. they do me head in! I was on the phone to them the other day. I wanted to know how much me monthly bill was. You are supposed to be able to view it on screen (Sky active).
Wasn't there!
Waiting 30 mins on hold, got through to some man in India. He couldn't understand a word I was sayin.
I reckon they get told to say "I'm sorry, can you repeat that? Was that double 'A'? Oh sorry double 'C' (I was screamin down the phone saying double E) and he's goin through the fckin alphabet saying every other letter. I reckon they get paid by how long they can keep you on the phone.

They probably have a leader board like Yahoo answers!!!

been having probs myself
paid for prem plus months ago
went to put first matches on the planner only to be told i got to pay
been on the phone all day tryin to get it sorted
keep being given bu llshit answers and put on hold
would tell them to cram it but wont get £££ back
useless pricks
