Harry Potter, because he can turn invisible, and do spells, and Jack can't block spells. And plus, Harry can to sheild charms, so Jack can't get him, and Harry can do nonverbal spells, so Jack has no idea whats going to happen. Harry all the way.

Jack Sparrow... just because he's the best movie character of all time; he'll run away, and show up on the Black Pearl in a coffin using some poor dead man's foot as an oar.
And because I'd choose the Pirates of the Caribbean over Harry Potter any day.

Oh man my two favorite characters! I'm going to have to go with Jack Sparrow. Harry might be able to do magic, but I think Jack would definitely cheat somehow. He can get out of any situation by himself, whereas Harry usually needs someone's help to escape.

That is a tough one.
harry potter has magic so you would think he could just use that to take jack out. However he is a spinless coward who allways gets things wrong.
Jack Sparrow is cunning and cheats alot. So even though he does not have magic i think he would probaly win.
My money would be on Jack sparrow in the second round.

um.... jack sparrow would kill harry by pearcing him in the stomach, but harry would try very hard and make jack float in the air then fall back down. (harry would only loose because he's only what 16? and jack is like 40.
