If your renal function is normal, you are not in any danger or at any greater risk than someone with two kidneys. Did you know that some people are only born with one kidney? They have not problems having healthy pregnancies and healthy babies. If you are pregnant, congratulations! If not, don't worry, things will be fine when you are ready.
