the t-cell assay is used to determine immune-system effectiveness at a given moment in time.
Usually low t-cells indicate an immune deficiency.
If you are attempting to make a clever off-handed comment regarding HIV on the other hand -- aside from proving that you are older than you were claiming at one point -- you have proved only that you don't read anything resembling present news. HIV was always primarily a straight disease worldwide. We in the U.S. and the places to which HIV spread from here were always lucky (in the communal sense) because it came here through a small community rather than through the majority community. It has been reverting for years however, and a considerable majority of new infections are now straight.
So, sadly, since it isn't cured yet, a low t cell count means the same things for your community now that it does for ours -- even in the U.S.

Well, if you have low t-cells that could mean any number of reasons. One would be the most common thought that comes to my mind; HIV, but it can be a complex as a blood disorder.

and i think you have a low B cell count.
B cell stands for brain cell and since you have a brain of a mosquito, you have a low b cell count.
