how should my love tell his parents bout me?

Question

my boyfriend has never talked to his parents about girls.
he has had relations in the past but was not serious stuff now he's in love with me and so am i and we are committed.
he needs to tell his parents about me. but is facing a dilemma.
his parents prefer arranged marriage over love marriage any given day and since he has not spoken to them about any of his past relation and any gal in general so he is feeling a bit uncomfortable.

to make the matters worse he had been telling them that he wont marry anybody as he never wanted to till he met me.

kindly give realistic and sensible solution and don't answer if you just want 2 points.

we are from india.. both of us are adults n he's earning well. kindly tell us some hints tht he can give his parents.
