Porking is a high school colloquialism for screwing. It's pretty offensive. I'd never sleep with someone that called it porking. If they want to "pork", get a willing pig.

It started by meaning having sex with a fat chick. Since they call fat people pigs or porkers some times. So if you where having sex with a pig you were porking her. Now it can be used for anyone having sex with anyone pretty much.
