Don't talk about anything personal. Employers want to hear about how you are a good worker, not that you walk your dog everyday.
Don't relinquish hobbies unless they pertain to the work at hand.

Use words such as prompt, courteous, trustworthy, loyal, fast learner, punctual, > I think you get the point.
You are a great team player and you work well with others.

Black pants (no jeans), white shirt (button up), black shoes (no tennis).
Conceal tattoos, take off body jewelry (unless appropriate to position).
Jokes are generally not acceptable (wait 'till after your hired).

Learn some facts beforehand of the company you are applying for. You will understand more and possibly 'wow' them with your enthusiasm and knowledge.

If asked about a 'five year plan' give an answer that pertains to the company and growth, i.e. want to be supervisor, manager, crew leader etc. (even when your not sure). Often times companies are looking for people to stay long term.

Be prepared to answer the question : Why should we hire you - What will you bring to this company if hired. Let them know why they'd benefit by hiring you. Sell yourself. Believe.
