Hello Robert.
First, I suggest that you make sure that this is the case. Is your mortgage coming due? Is there any other place where you can get credit? How much equity have you got in the house and store? Could you sell it? Is it making money? Do you have an accountant that you could ask about how to handle finances? This doesn't appear to be the best avenue you are using to find out what to do. If you are this far gone and this desperate, it may be time to call a bankruptcy lawyer. You will probably lose the store, but you may be able to keep your house.

oh rob. my heart goes out to you. do you have any talent? we all do. writing, art, music? something that may seem small, but still if you work wisely you might be able to sell your work for money?
and work at your very SMARTEST. working hard just stresses us out. I do not believe in prayer or fortune, and to me luck is when determined work meets opportunity...go searching for that opportunity, robert. You'll find it=)
