The cease fire certainly favors Israel, but that's because hezbollah is a criminal terrorist group and not a recognized nation. Hezbollah deserves to be tried and executed, like common murderers. Over all, a cease fire works out best for the people of Lebanon, who've been getting shot from both sides in the crossfire.

It's not about looking good, but I suppose the guy who breaks the cease fire will look like a real douche, hopefully that's hezbolla, because they look like douches right now anyway.

The cease fire favors Lebanon and Israel. Hezbollah will need to shed itself of its Iranian ties. Iran is already trying to encourage Hezbollah to break the agreement. All one can do is hope that the peace will hold.

I think that this cease fire is only going to help Hezbollah regroup. This never should have been imposed on Israel and Hezbollah.

I don't like innocent people getting killed but Lebanon made it's bed when it invited Hezbollah into their country.

No it won't. I heard on the news this morning Hezzbolah does not plan on disarming; and the UN group in the middle won't disarm them and the Lebanon army can't disarm them. They will use the cease fire to load up on more rockets and there will be another battle. I imagine the Israeli military leaders are tired of fighting a "western political battle" and will just get it done next time - the right - but ugly way.

i think of its the Hezbollah. Cmon !!! HOw can u have a ceasefire between a terrorist enterprise and a rustic which needs to abolish it !!!! i think of no longer in hassle-free terms Israel however the U.N. would desire to pressurise Lebanon to get rid of the Hezbollah thoroughly because they are not genuine muslims. they are not following the Command !!!! yet realistically, that's not at all going to end because of the fact maximum of vested-hobbies are in contact in this entire scandal. Humanity has lost this conflict.

Welcome to like the 67th "cease fire" in the almost 50 year old war between Israel and Lebanon.
