Question on Sims for the PC...?

I downloaded some new skins for my Sims (i.e. Zombie Brad or Solid Snake) and I don't know how to use them on the game. Please tell me what I need to do or something.

(And does anyone know where I can create my own skins so people can download them and use it? Please tell me what I need to do or something)

If this is about The Sims 1 then, I know a lot about that. When you download a skin for your sims you have to extract the file to PROGRAM FILES>MAXIS>THE SIMS>GAMEDATA>SKINS. Then, when you play your game they should show up when you are choosing the clothing for the sim that you are creating. I'm sorry, but I don't know how to make your own skins. I hope I've helped with the other part of your question though.

If you're asking about The Sims 2 then ,I'm sorry, I can't help you because I don't know anything about The Sims 2.

Assuming this is The Sims 2 you're talking about, put the download into the downloads folder located in My Documents, EA Games, Downloads... and extract them to that folder and they should just show up in game. You can create your own skins in body shop, it's quite easy... well, you need a program like paint along with body shop, but it's easy. You can upload them on thesims2.com but you need to be registered there.
