Nothing apart from death is certain because life is distorted by the way we see things or the values we use to judge things. Getting old is not a certainty, dying is something we all have to live with.

If you don't breathe for more than two minutes, you'll never breathe again.

Beyond that, there are limits to the universe, in the form of Godel's Incompleteness Theorem and Heisenberg's Uncertainty Principle which would indicate that no, nothing else is certain.

And with enough time and work on aging, genetics etc., not even aging and death may be certain, somewhere down the line.

Their are a lot of certainty in life. It is certain that if you don't have a job you will be out on the streets. It certain that if you don't eat you will die. It certain that if you sit on your rear you will get fat. so yeap their is a lot of Certainty other then getting old and dying.

There is a problem with the premise of the question. Getting "old" presuposes that time is an actual law of nature (it's not). Also, when we say "dying" we may be referring to the death of our physical body... But is that truly all there is? Materialists say yes, but I'm not sure.
