Have you tried talking to a urologist? It is a medical specialty doctor. Call the office of one of those doctors and see if they do them. I understand a great deal of adult males are wanting this surgery. Would you mind telling why? I personally do think it is better because it prevents having to have it done later in life due to complications from infection. It is best done after a person is born. I would think if a man keeps really clean and has no problems it would be un necessary. But the world is cruel and people even on here are.

While it is not hard for a baby it is a complex surgery for a child or an adult. Best to get it done right after birth. One of my uncles was a home birth and poor and did not have it done. He was made fun of in the millitary and had it done at retirement age. It is sad how people are treated badly for being different.

One europen man was very angry about it. He told me that only stupid Americans and Jews got it done. He was french. I guess he was insulting my culture because I am an American and he was hateful because people had given him a hard time about it. It was a stupid thing to say, but I guess that was his reaction to ridicule in his past and his lashing out at other cultures.

Do you want him to get circumcised? OK I just had the procedure done a month and week ago, so I know all about it. Your boyfriend has to go to his regular general practinisher doctor and explain the problems he's been having 'down there'; the doctor will check it out for literally five seconds and then set up a referral to the urology department for a consultation with a urologist. He goes to that appointment (you should go with him), tells the urologist of his problems, the urologist will examine him for a few minutes, make his dianogsis and, depending on the seriousness of the problem, will either recommend creams and ointments to rid of the problem or will give him the option to go straight to getting the circumcision. Just have him say he wants to go straight to getting circumcised. The urologist will explain the procedure to him and then set up the surgery date. Also, assuming you have insurance, the urologist will get in contact with them because they WILL cover this procedure. What you and your boyfriend have to determine is, what kind of cut he wants? Urologists have their own methods of cuts, but they will change it for you. It's either loose or tight. Loose leaves some loose shaft skin on the penis, but the penis head is still always exposed. With this, the scar is less noticable and closer to the glans. Tight removes ALL foreskin and makes the penis shaft with no loose skin; it makes it, well, tight. This leaves the scar more noticable and farther down on the shaft of the penis (scar is bigger because the incision cut is made farther down on the penis). It's all about preference.
Day of the surgery, go in, make sure he is wearing loose fitting clothing, sign in, probably will have to pay a co-payment of $10-20 and then wait to be called by the nurse. She'll take his blood pressure, etc, take him into the OUTPATIENT surgery room right in the clinic. He'll then take off all his clothes from the waist down, lay on the table, the nurse will shave him, then place a green/blue drap over his lower body with a hole for his penis to peak through. She leaves, the urologist comes in, and begins. He injects local anesthesia shots (just numbs the area, he is awake) all around the base of his penis. His entire groin/penis area becomes numb. The guy explains what he is about to do and starts cutting into the foreskin. This is soo painless. The shots are uncomfortable, but the actual procedure is painless...literally. I was sitting there having a convo with the guy. 20-40 minutes later, he'll let him look at his new penis, then stitch and bandage it up. He'll leave, and your boyfriend will get dressed when ready. Oh yeah, beforehand, then nurse will have him sign consent forms. Most likely he will prescribe pain killers (which he will NOT need) and the nurse will go over at-home instructions. Take the bandage off in 24 hours afterwards, stitches will begin to dissolve after a week...fully gone after 3-4 weeks. Can have sex again a month later.
Hope all that helped! Feel free to email me at piercingguy2006@hotmail.com if you have any questions or concerns.
I really recommend him doing this, like he wants. It's much cleaner and looks 10X better cut. And you probably like cut penises better too, right? Good luck to both of you.

Urologist. My father was circumcised as a 24 year old adult. It hurt..but he lived and it made for some great stories. I was 3 and I went to my nanny and told her that the doctor cut my daddy's pee pee off. I never saw it but the ice pack on it made me ask my grandma questions and that's what grandma told me.
