I am single with a child Eight years of age wife walked out on us idon't have a job but do have store i would like to open but my wife was not paying the mortage and the bank is in process of selling both the store and home.
i have no money can me?

That is tough. Just remember that many millionaires have lost it all and started from scratch. You may have to let the house go and get a smaller one.
Maybe you can get some career counseling to get your business started.
Right now you need some family members help you out with your son so you can work two jobs.
Don't give up hope.

You can call and contact the Mortgage company and work something out, then you can start selling some items in your house like some TVs DVDs furniture to help make ends meet. However you still should be looking for some charities that can get you some money....and please find a job so that you can keep your house...In the mean time you may need to find someone to take care of child, if you loose your house the court is going to take your child from you.

try to get on a forbearance plan with your bank, this will stop the sheriff sale of the house. as long as you don not miss a payment. Try the same with the store. did you try to refinance. $70, 000 is a lot of money to try and get right away.

If you are married then you are not single. You need to get several jobs to keep afloat. There is nothing wrong with starting over. Move back home with your parents so the kid has an intact home.
