I'm sorry, but we all know the current incarnation is lame and just not very fun or SUPER. What would you do with the character if you could have complete control over it.

I would bring in Stan Lee, to totally revamp the character.
Stan the Man is the old man of comics but I would believe that he has some way-out ideas that would create some interest. His take on revamping him and some of the other DC characters was interesting. I enjoyed it.
Imagine, Superman written in the Mighty Marvel Manner.
Refreshing to the utmost.

A more interesting supporting cast would help. Lois doesn't do squat anymore. She's married to Superman! Can't they come up with something for her to do besides tell Clark not to worry about her?
Anybody read the Jimmy Olsen issue of All-Star Superman? That was, hands down, the best Jimmy story ever. Why can't they have Jimmy in the regular titles (and everybody else) be that fun to read?

Have Superman die in some grand sacrifice of his like akin to the mid 90s "The Death of Superman" and let him stay dead!

me and my girlfriend have discussed extensively about how to rejuvenate superman. i have to admit my girlfriend came up with some incredible modifications to the mythology. but since i am a huge marvel fan i have sworn her to a vow of silence and secrecy.

after all these years and episodes and movies, I think he has run his course!!what else could he save or use super powers on??? it is burnt out?
