What about when you get introduced to them and girls have that blank stare and start rubbing their upper chest?
Both things happen to me sometimes when I get introduced to friends of friends. It doesn't exactly make me feel encouraged to talk to them.

stares can mean a lot .. either its that she seems amused in u or that she feel a lil hesitant wit ur company ..i guess reading her mind wit her talks and teh way her lips move wil surely let u knw wic side ur on ..

Your feeling is right-pass. They are either zoned out, stoned, not interested, or mentally challenged. In any case, move on. Go with your gut.
