Every woman is different and it is hard to tell if she is faking or not. But usually during an orgasm, a woman's vagina will get really wet and her muscles will tighten or contract. Sometimes woman's legs shake or they start sweating. Some women even get goosebumps. These are pretty hard signs to fake.

If you are in tune with your partner and have an open, honest relationship then I am sure she might tell you. You may want to consider asking your partner.

because when she's for real you can almost just tell because she might start breathing heavy or saying things....but if she's faking it you can basically just feel it...
