i had limewire, but its a little slow and unreliable. can you give me some other sites that i can go to?? someone mentioned one that began with an "A" but i cant remember what it was!!

I use Limewire 4.12.3 and while I agree it is slow, they make it that way, so you'll want to buy the limewire Pro version. My Sister said there is a free site called Seek-a-song, but I think it's a site to find songs, not download them. I do not know of a free song down load site that starts with an A, sorry. You do have many p2p networks like gnutella and gnutella 2 and edonkey and lot more...
Best P2P software i would suggest would be Shareaza 2.0 quite nice which gets connected to all these 3 networks mentioned above...
I would suggest you to use these P2P softwares as they can be used for all types of searches...Let it be videos or audio file...
Almost all songs are available so better go for this...

properly, once you're careful, searching for song on filesharing web pages like 4shared or z-percentage is a somewhat good selection. each now and then you may take heed to the song you're downloading formerly you purchased it which type of regulations out porn or viruses.
