It's hormones hunny,, When there is a lack of sex,, or it could be that in way your husband is not pleasing you,, or maybe your wanting to expirence something different with him,,, but don't know how he will react to it... When holding off on sexual thoughts causes the body to ach,, and usually starting with the breast in women..... it usually feels like an irrition, sore feeling... What you should do is act on your thoughts and not be afriad,, of doing so or talking about it... If you find this no help at all hunny,, then maybe you should see a doctor about it... I did and they ran a test and told me it was my hormones.......... the only difference was that mine was that sore,, that my girlfriend couldn't touch them at all not before or after sex... Sexual stimulation leading to engorgement of blood vessels. Do you have some fibrocystic disease? I assume this is both breasts. If it is only one consult a physician/
