you cant fix it. i pulled my hamstring at the gym and it took six weeks to heal.

Same problems kid, rest is the only medicine and if you play sports wrap them in bandages everytime you play, this restricts the muscle from stretching to much. AND STRETCH OUT!!!, STRETCH STRETCH STRETCH!!!!

give it a lot of time and patience. dont do anything that would hurt it more. have you seen your doctor?
