They can't show you an example of appeasement working because it does not. In fact one Islamic Fascists battle they don't want you to see the results of or the status of is Russia vs Chechnia (sp). There the Russians take a very harsh approach to terrorist activity and while it still happens - it happens a lot less then the activities against the West.

Islamofascism is something y'all have made up, so therefore, no one can give you an example of how to deal with it, it doesn't exist.
Terrorists can and do threaten our lives, terrorism is not one and the same as "islamofascism". By inference you are making this a war against Islam. Real smart! Y'all can't handle a war in a country of 25 million (Iraq), now you want war on more than 1 billion??

Is the violence working any better? Last I checked, we still have people getting killed. Maybe appeasement can't work. At least the Dems are trying to come up with something...that is what you guys are always bitching about isn't it? "Why can't you come up with a solution instead of just bashing Bush?" Wah wah wah. What solution have you come up with..."stay the course?" That isn't working either.

It's because they don't want to admit that Islamofascists are NOT the biggest victims in the world (they're the biggest perpetrators of violence, slavery and genocide. The Left has a strange habit of trying to victimize the world's biggest bullies, as they also did with Communist totalitarianism).
