u more than likley need a blower motor resistor...thats the most common thing...the other likley suspect is the fan switch its self...but 9 out of 10 times its the resistor!

Bad switch? Try rotating through positions. If not switch, bad motor windings? Take motor out of vehicle and "bench test" it.
