The first 10 times I decide to be happy, by choice, everyday! And yes you can decide this 10, and even more, times a day. You have to recommit to this decision each time something appears to go "wrong." I don't believe in bad days (unless someone close to you is seriously ill or passes on). I believe we have bad moments - we then choose whether or not we extrapolate these "bad moments" into an entire day, week, month, year and so on. Choose wisely and choose happiness! Even if it means you have to choose it 10 times!
