According to the information found on Wikipedia it's legal In New Jersey.
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Incest
As for the Isle of Jersey it's apparently illegal.

Click the links and see for yourself.
If I find the actual law[s] I'll let you know, But I think the registry office is a good place to look.

Whether it legal or not you know that you should not marry your first cousin. There are too many people in this world for you to marry besides your first cousin. How would you explain to other family members.Would you want to marry your sister? Thats about as close to a sister you can have is your first cousin. Please don't.

i do not know why u r marrying you r cousin, was it arranged, or by choice? Since you are asking if it is legal, im assuming that it is by choice. even you do get married to him, i'm afraid that you really should decide against having kids with this man, because genetically speaking, yr kid/kids have a huge chance of being handicapped! and i'm certain no parents will willingly bring this on upon their child.

No you may not marry your first cousin! I can't believe they allow it in England?! But check with the registry in the county you plan to get married in.

The law will stop you from marrying a first cousin and you need your head examined to think this is right in the first place. Genetic freaks are all you will produce from sexual union of this marriage and this is why the law forbids it.

im guessing that you mean the isle of jersey, ( off the UK) and not USA. im not sure about the law their, it does have different laws that the rest of the UK. if you are intent on marrying your cousin, why not get married on the mainland?
im sure youve thought long and hard about the social implications of this wedding, also the genetic ones. i would suggest sperm/egg donors if you plan to have any children to ensure your child is not faces with seroius birth defects

Weather it is legal or not it is morally wrong and there is a possibility that your children may have birth defects if you have any.
Do some research in regards to this, there has been proof.

as long as you don't intend to have children, When i was younger, neighbours of ours married and they were cousins. They had children that had very bad bone disorders, if they fell over they didn't just graze themselves, the parents were forever taking them to hospital with broken bones,
