Although, it's not with dogs and cats. It's with made up cartoon animals, and you don't really get to see them move or anything.
I wish I could remember the site I found a while back where you had your own tarantula. It was so cool.

I don't know of any with cats and dogs or anything, but there's a Fish Tycoon, where you take care of fish.
