What do you do when a group of your neighbors are trying to force you out of the neighbor with false acquisitions, harrassment and assults?

Yes thank you, I meant "accusations".

This is third year experiencing this problem. The first year I tried ignoring the problem. Then I tried saying something to them at 3:30 am when their party was out of control. That was when I realized my neighbor was the problem. When he tried to break down my front door at 3 am in the morning after I asked them to reduce the noise. Now it is a weekly call to the police at 3 am in the morning. Last week it became violent, My neighbor hit me in the face with his water hose trying to knock my glasses off. When that didn't work, he kick dirt and gravel in my face.
Then he threatened me "WATCH YOUR BACK"

That sucks! If possible, get a video camera and takes hours of tapes so that when they falsely accuse you of something you have some proof of your innocence. I've seen it happen to a neighbor and it was Very Ugly, they tried to fight it on many levels (civil, legal, etc.). But they had to move away because the others had "respectable" relatives and acquaintances that gave them legitimacy. We can only hope that God or Karma slaps those people down for their evil intentions. It is very scary that a small group of people can have that kind of "license to kill". Good Luck, maybe your story will have a better ending.

That is kind of scary! I would not live around people who were doing stuff like that - they don't make for very good neighbors.

If you want to teach them a lesson, just go see a lawyer, or call the TV station and say, lookee here! They have shows like 20 - 20 that just love to show stuff like that. Good luck, and I hope you aren't real fond of your home, cause you will never have a good future in that one!

First off, start documenting whatever you can. Put things in writing, get receipts, take pictures.

Consult a lawyer if that's an option.

Contact your neighborhood association, if you have one.

Gather evidence to the contrary, see a lawyer, then sue them.

No, I don't know if gave you the right answer, but definitely I would see a lawyer.

I'd say it's time to go. Move and get some new neighbors.

You can sue the individuals for slander (false & malicious tales).
Why do they want you out?
If it's because of race/creed/religioun/color/lifestyle/sexual orientation contact the ACLU for advise.

i have no idea what 'false acquistions' or 'assults' are. Do you mean 'false accusations' and 'insults'? I'd say it's time for you to leave.
