I would say Smackdown is one, followed by Raw, then ECW. I was watching TNA Impact, but that show reminds me of the days of WCW & their lack of talent.

Impact. Actual matches, no long promos (maybe once in a while) Watch TNA for X-division, watch WWE for untalented big men do about 3 moves.

Smackdown because they have the boogyman,king booker,Teddy long and my fav. The Undertaker.
