he's the man and ain't that the truth. he's a nice guy and has never said a bad word about anyone in the house and he's kind, caring and considerate of other peoples feelings - PETE TO WIN!!

Actually 'Easamanah' probably isn't anything to do with his tourettes. I don't know a lot about the condition, but I'm pretty sure (I don't watch it that often though) that Pete's symptoms only extend to involuntary tics, noises and swearwords. It would appear that the only proper word he involuntarily says as a result of his Tourettes is 'wanker'.
I think 'Easamanah' is just his personality. I've no idea what it means to be honest. Could be 'easy money' with an accent like someone said.

Could be a few things, he's the man or easy money. And to the answerer that called him a 'retard', try and learn something about Tourette Syndrome. Otherwise I'll just assume you're another one of Pete's utterances, a winker, or something like that anyway.

Its only because of his tourettes he says it and i think its become catchy in the household and now Nikki is saying it and everyone else.
