well indians (for me) a a race to itself. India, Pakistan, Bangladesh, Nepal and Sri Lanka are all the same race and I consider them to be Indian. There is no name for this yet, but I believe it is true. Also, Indians and caucasians are very close in terms of physical features.

North Indians are of Aryan descent, so some determine that they are indeed caucasian.
South Indians are of dravidian descent. South Indians were in India before the Aryans came.
