14 or 15....if you have already dark eyelashes you could use a brown colored mascara or even a clear one to keep a natural look....you dont want people to look at you and go "woa..she's wearing too much mascara"

Well...it depends on how responsible the child is. I started wearing mascara when i was 11 but then again i was in modeling and i still am. lol but i think 12 is a good age, as long as they can control how much they put on, and as long as you can trust them with the mascara..lol i dont think there'd be any problem with it...and you could probably start at even an earlier age..
hope i helped :)

I believe that the right age to start wearing mascara is when you feel comfortable enough to put it on. I started at 13 because I didn't feel i was ready til then.

Any type of make-up parents shouldn't let their kids wear until they are at least 13...
And only wear mascara if ya need it...it's a pain in the butt to put on everyday lol

I think 7th grade is a good time for girls to start wearing makeup. Because it like a beggining out of grade school type thing. And its also when some kids start getting acne and get paranoid about there skin. I started wearing it in jr high. I didnt need it...but everyone knows how girls are. I think I did when I was in 8th grade everyday.
