assuming you are using windows xp, here goes

go to windows explorer, right click on start select explorer.
go to c: documents and settings,
select your user name
in there you will find a folder called my favourites.
copy and paste them into here and your all done.

If you using IE, go to file, import and export and export out your favorite or bookmark. Send an email to yourself with the file, if you don't have a USB storage or a floppy disk and do the same with your new computer but this time, import it to import your favorite.

If you were using internet explorer. go to the documents and settings folder, find your user name folder and open it. Inside you will find your favorites folder. just copy the folder to your new hard drive under the same location.
