I used to - used to scare myself! But not so much these days, because I guess, I have learned to recognise the limit at which there is no return. (The point of no return!)

I have broken some wonderful things with temper and lived to regret it even now, never hurt anyone, not physically anyway, but you can do some damage by saying something in temper, and this cannot be repaired, ever!

i never used to, ever, i used to be one of the calmest most non-reactive people ever, till i met my husband. one'd imagine u grow out of what he has by the age of 7...he's 45. i'm 34/5.
i have, since i've known him, broken his speakers, my radio, his keyboard, oh well, several things. he makes me so angry because he complains from morning till night and night till morning (because he stays up till at least 4am EVERY NIGHT!) and then when he wakes up, he starts all over again. so when something pisses him off slightly, he's already wound up, from the day before, or last week, or last year (cause it keeps milling around in his thoughts, jsut under the surface, ready to show in the blink of an eye)...so...when he gets annoyed, he accidently blew up the computer speakers, so he chucked it on the lounge floor and stamped on it, swearing and cussing. i took one of his precious cassettes (he records jsut about everything) and i chucked it at one of his surround sound speakers asking him 'ok, did you want me to join in then?' i scuffed it in 4 places, he went beserk. that is to say, if a madman can go even more beserk. he swears worse than any sailor that ever lived (not around me though, i give him grief) and he's ill-tempered half the time, but when he's sweet, he's like a puppy!! (yeah, i did suggest he seeks help). i hate being in his company, i dont want to feel influenced by someone with his approach...i feel i'd be better off alone...?

I do, and every time it is because of my kids. How sad is that, that I can keep my cool with some of the biggest wangs in the world, but my own kids get to hear my over the top freak outs.

I am doing much better, I have to really think about it and concentrate hard on keeping myself from losing it sometimes and I usually do pretty well now.

No, but my ex boyfriend used to. Thats why he is my 'ex' boyfriend. One time he didnt want me to leave and I needed to go home and he was begging me to stay and I couldnt and so when I left he got angry and jumped onto the hood of my car...and there is a dent from his foot on the top of my car now. Crazy huh?!

I try to take myself out of the situation if it's getting to the point where I feel i'm going to lose it. If I can't get out of it, heaven help the person standing in te way!

Who wants to stroke out. Breath in and breath out deep breaths, temper only hurts you and solves nothing.
